SLG Package Concepts, LLC ("PC") was founded in 2022 for the acquisition of the business and assets of Package Concepts, Inc. PC will continue to manage and operate the company under the Package Concepts brand.
Package Concepts has been delivering innovative boxes and other packaging solutions from Upstate South Carolina since 1989. The company principally offers customers interior corrugated packaging, custom boxes, design and production services, real-time inventory tracking, and rotary die-cutting.
SLG STAFFING, LLC
SLG Staffing, LLC seeks to build and grow a portfolio of businesses in employment, staffing and recruiting operations throughout the country. The company currently owns and operates three Snelling Staffing Services franchises in the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions as well as a HireQuest Direct franchise office in the Southwest. With a history of acquiring under-performing assets and infusing its proven management approach for renewed successes, SLG Staffing is currently seeking additional assets for acquisition.
Foothills Food Group, LLC
Foothills Food Group, LLC ("FFG") was founded in 2019 for the acquisition of and ultimately for the manufacture and distribution of the popular Avalanche Bars.
Avalanche Bars were created in the early 2000s out of necessity by a mother who needed a good nut-free source of protein her competitive snowboarding son could easily keep with him while on the slopes. These Greenville, SC manufactured trail bars are all-natural meal replacement bars using clean and simple ingredients with no refined sugars.
SLG took a majority stake in FFG in November 2021 and will manage the distribution growth of the company.
SLG REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC
SLG Real Estate Holdings, LLC ("SLGREH") seeks to build portfolios of income-producing commercial real estate principally in under-served secondary and tertiary markets. The company will consider properties anchored by national credit tenants as well as local and regional small businesses.
Sectors of interest include single tenant net leased retail, multi-family, shadow anchored retail centers and office properties.
